 WHAT CLASSES ARE FOR YOU?
CYCLE: A cardiovascular workout that will take your calorie burning to the max!  If you can ride a bike then you can enjoy the maximum benefits that cycling has to offer. Even if you do not ride outside, this class could be for you.  Using a stationary bike you will enjoy upbeat music and resistance training that will challenge your large muscle groups while proving your cardiovascular level.

V-SPIN: Break away with the ultimate RIDE! If you enjoy cycling then you must give this adventure a try! Take your ride into 3-D journey as you venture through many terrains and countries. See yourself maneuvering through rolling hills, valleys, and rainforests with a variety of music that will have you wishing you could jump right into the BIG VIRTUAL SCREEN!

CARDIO CIRCUIT/BLAST: This class is designed to burn calories and tone your whole body. A faster pace sets the body up for maximum conditioning, while increasing your cardiovascular capacity with a variety of continual movements.  We will use circuit stations and minimal weight training to cater to all fitness levels.

KICKBOXING: A cardiovascular workout that combines self-defense movement with simplified choreography. This workout will not only keep you moving but will teach you how to kick, punch, and jab your way to a new cardio level of endurance!

PILATES: Improve your respiratory function, posture, and strengthen you core abdominal strength. Pilates will tone your posture and lengthen your body’s all over appearance through a variety of low impact movements.

YOGA/POWER YOGA: There are many different techniques used in yoga classes!  During yoga relax your mind and body through a variety of breathing exercises and non-aerobic movements that will rejuvenate your spirit.  Power yoga offers a more active class with movements that will take you into a mid-level intensity workout to keep you in your aerobic zone.

STEP/SCULPT: Traditional step choreography combined with intervals of strength training using weights and a variety of equipment to improve your overall body strength.

ZUMBA: This Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class incorporates Latin and International music with creative dance movements for an exciting and effective fitness system that is fun, easy, and effective.

BOOT CAMP: Cardio, strength, and conditioning all in one! This class uses functional and core strength training to increase your endurance level while gaining agility and all around conditioning using dumbbells, medicine balls, stability-balls, fitness games, plyometrics and body resistance. Short and intense bouts of repeated “drills” during the workout boosts your metabolism and burns excess calories and fat all day long!

TOTAL BODY WORKS: Give yourself a total workout utilizing plates, dumbbells and bars for maximum results. Break through training plateau body by building muscular endurance. Excellent for sculpting a strong, lean body!

YOUTH CONDITIONING: Your child, ages 8-13, will enjoy physical activity in a non-competitive and fun atmosphere. Each week will incorporate various activities such as jumping, body weight exercises, relays, agility, speed, balance drills, stretching, and much more. This class is designed to keep your child active during the winter months while improving their overall physical conditioning, as well as improving their athletic ability. No prior skills needed. Participant size is limited to 12 per class. Ask about our class for 14, 15, and 16 year olds.

SUPER GPS: Super Goal Planning System is one of the most popular and most effective ways to combine cardiovascular conditioning with functional strength training. It was developed to provide a safe, fun, effective and time efficient way to lose weight and tone muscle.  This is one of the first classes to encompass the entire fitness spectrum: Diet, Exercise, Goal Setting, Guidance, Motivation, and Accountability. This class is for all individuals of all fitness levels and can easily be enhanced or reduced to match your individual needs!

 OTB: On The Ball takes your workout to a new dimension with this new fitness craze!  Get your body fit and tone with aerobic routines that combine strength training using your own body resistance, light weight’s and rhythmic motion with a stability ball.
